Using my adjustable weight bench from Reebok for this glute day!

The bench isn't required though [you can use a bed or couch]

Also, if you don't know by now I definitely have to add my resistance bands for my glute days!

As far as weights go, I used 20 and 25 pound dumbbells. I did 3 sets of 10-12 for everything and my glutes were on fire !

I also love that this workout hits every part of your glutes to really help round them.
