Fupa Girlieees???

Trying real hard to get rid of this hangtime so I hit straight fupa today!

Lower abs are honestly so hard to train and get neglected often. I personally feel like I need to have more dedicated days solely for my lower abs since they the only ones not acting right 😅 😆

I just used two 5 pound dumbbells for this workout. Normally I would have used my ankle weights but my legs were giving WEAK AF today so I took them off lmaooo I did 3 sets till failure for everything!

Also, it was cold in my living room but usually I get hot that's why I went with my legs Warmers from Prozis vs just putting on pants so chill on me 😆
