Happy Friday!!! We made it! Energy levels are still a little lower than I would like but we got active 💪🏾 💪🏾
For this workout I did 3 sets of 10-12 for everything and used mainly 5 10 and 15 pound dumbbells.
When I do my full body workouts the weights are always lighter because I cater to the weakest muscles...meaning with these squats into Arnold press I use the weight that makes the most since for my shoulders since they are the weakest muscle used in this movement. It's okay if they weight is lighter to protect you from injury.
Btw, the stretch at the end is SOOO good for tight glutes I usually do it after every set of glute bridges lol
