JUST KNOCKING THE DUST OFF !

HAPPY FULL BODY FRIDAY!!

I'm always going to prefer dumbbells over kettlebells but I feel like it's a lot easier to access kettlebells than dumbbells so some people may only have kettlebells at home which means I need to stop neglecting mine.

I have the strangest collection of bells and honestly I've never actually purchased one but they have been @acquired over time 😄 🤣

For this workout, I used 10, 15, and 30 pound kettlebells and did 3 sets of 12 for everything.
