*SPOILER ALER* it's not Friday
Hope this didn't disappoint anyone because it is NOT FRIDAY!!
Ya'll know one thing I won't do is leave ya'll hanging for Full Body Friday buuuuut my baby girl has her State Gymnastics competition tomorrow and I will be in full blown Gymnastics mom mode.
I made sure ya'll were good too though!! This one is heavy on the ab work since I didn't hit abs this week!
I did 3 sets till failure for everything and used 5, 10, and 15 pound dumbbells for the entire workout.
Prozis on the top [KALIASQUEEN] and someone be sure to alert my dad that I have pants on for once too 😆 🤣 😂
Happy Thursday everyone and send all the good vibes to my girl as we prepare for this huge weekend ! 🙌🏾
See ya'll Monday ✌🏾

As parents, balancing fitness with family commitments can be a challenge. However, with a few dumbbells and a little creativity, you can maintain your workout routine right at home. Ab workouts are particularly beneficial, as they increase core stability, aid in better posture, and enhance overall athletic performance. To maximize your home workout, consider incorporating various exercises targeting the core, such as Russian twists, planks, and leg raises. Make sure to adjust the weight of the dumbbells based on your fitness level to ensure you're challenged but safe. Aim for 10-15 repetitions per exercise, and don't forget to rest between sets. Don't forget to set a schedule that allows you to combine your workout with family events, like supporting your child at their gymnastics competitions. Combining your fitness journey with mom duties can be rewarding. Remember to celebrate all victories, big and small, in and out of the gym!

Thanks girl! I love your dedication ❤️
