It was a diastasis workout kinda day!

Does anyone dread side planks like me? Probably one of my least favorite things...even during yoga..just not my jam

But I'll appreciate the results so I can suck it up for a little bit !

I did 3 sets of 45 seconds each with 15 seconds rest in between.

Fun fact about this video..The whole time I was feeling like something was wrong with my shorts...even convinced myself my butt was shrinking bc they kept sliding down...whole time they was on backwards lmaooo I didn't realize until the very end of the workout ...guess that's just part of this crazy week lol
