I really love that back days can be made so simple by doing different variations of rows. When you work out at home it can feel limited especially if you are inexperienced.
This back workout makes a simple at home or gym workout that gets you in and out which I know some of ya'll can appreciate!
By switching hand positions in these rows, I am targeting different areas of my back and not overthinking the workout!
Weights were 10, 15, and 20 pounds for everything and I did 4 sets of everything till failure (which was like 8-10) keep in mind I always go heavy on my back days!
