Forgot about these!

It's been a little minute since I broke out these resistance bands ! I'm really a dumbbell girlie fr but I have to remind myself that everyone doesn't have a dumbbell set at home.

Resistance bands are way more accessible and affordable so if you don't already have any I HIGHLY recommend getting you some!

I also like to use resistance bands when I'm having a RA flare in my wrist and my grip strength is not as good! They are a great back up option for this scenario!

I did 4 sets of 10-15 for everything! I used medium resistance for the most part but you should start on the light resistance until you get the proper form because it will feel a little strange at first!
