BACK WORKOUT
No equipment is not a problem, you just have to get creative! This will have your back on fire and you can do it all right at home.
The intro is a really good stretch to do at the beginning and end of this workout to release that tension.
I did 3 sets of 45 seconds each with 15 seconds rest in between.
Make sure you are actually lifting with your back muscles and not your neck...if your neck starts to feel uncomfortable you are not engaging your back. It definitely takes practice but you will know when it feels right!
Happy Thursday!
