YEAR 33 WASSSSUPPPPP !!!
Happy Birthday to meeee! This year is a different one and I wasn't really in a mood to really celebrate but I am truly so grateful to be able to celebrate another birthday.
The past few years have been insane for me mentally but I didn't let it stop me and have come out stronger every time.
I have a beautiful life with a beautiful family and friends who love me so much.
I have found true peace and live for me and not anyone else (besides K obviously). Even in grief, I am still so happy with my life and how far I have come in this fitness journey while battling RA.
So no I won't be going out to celebrate but I am celebrating by relaxing and reflecting on all the positive things in my life. I am truly blessed for this life and I don't take any of it for granted.
As far as the workout goes, I mainly used 10 and 15 pound dumbbells and did 3 sets until failure.
Thank you for all the birthday wishes so far and for all the ones to come...it's so many to respond to so dont take it to heart if I miss you!
In honor of my birthday, I want you all to love on yourselves and your family. Even if it's brief just take the time.

For those interested in home workouts, a great option would be using dumbbells—focusing on 10 to 15-pound weights allows you to build strength at home without needing a full gym setup. It's essential to prioritize exercises that promote both physical health and mental clarity. This birthday, I encourage everyone to take a moment for themselves and appreciate the beauty of their own lives. Remember, a fulfilling life is about cherishing connections with family and friends, even in subtle ways.
