Ya'll know I can't stand a standing core workout 😤 😒 buuuut I do understand some people need this so this is what I got today!
I like to use a kettlebell for this workout but a dumbbell is fine as well. I used 5, 10, and 15 pound kettlebells and did 3 rounds of 45 seconds each with 15 seconds of rest in between.
This workout is also diastasis recti friendly of course!
This workout is also a great way to work on your balance as well. I will say if you are struggling with balance issues do not add weight! Focus on getting the form and balance right and then add the weight over time.
Make sure you watch to the end to see me try to take my knee out with this kettlebell. It looks like I barely tapped myself but it's giving bruise come tomorrow 😆
