ARMS HAVE CAME A LOOOOOOOOOONG WAY

HAPPY MONDAYYY!!

If you can't tell it's definitely a sleepy Monday for me...I had so many clips with my eyes closed 😴 😪

But regardless I made it happen ! It looks easy to show up everyday but the way my bed and covers had me in a chokehold after a long working weekend...boooy if it wasn't Monday the workout had a 50/50 chance if happening 😅 I truly believe Mondays set the tone though so it had to happen.

I opted for this toned arms workout versus legs because I didn't feel my energy levels were up for leg day and also having a little mild RA flare up so I really didn't want to add anymore fuel to the RA fire ! Knowing your limits and your body with any autoimmune disorder is MAJOR KEY!

For the workout, I did 4 sets of 12-15 of everything and pretty much used the 5, 10, and 15 pound dumbbells [whichever one I could at least 12 reps in without compromising form]

Sports bra is still a favorite from Prozis ! (KALIASQUEEN for $$ off ANY purchase btw 😃)
