Legs destroyed? YES PLEASE

By now ya'll should know, I pretty much try to destroy my legs on leg day. The girls that get it can relate.

Broke out the 50 pound kettlebell for some RDLs and pretty much used my 30 pounds for everything else...except the calf raises...I used 15 pounds for those

I also did 4 sets of 8-10...which was basically until failure...and when I say failure I mean SHAKING and literally just could not push it at all lol

I wish I could get that same sensation with upper body days...but my elbows usually give up before then 😆 🤣

Anyways leg day was a success...Happy Tuesday!
