BLAAAAHHH
In, "life really be ghetto af news" my phone unalived itself last week...like I finished editing my Thursday video and my phone had an update that I decided to do "real quick" and it literally never turned back on....so I'm back on my old phone until I can figure out what to do about this phone killing update 🙃 😅
The part that sucks though...the camera...I can't get the settings right so idk how it looks to ya'll but its very grainy when I upload which is super annoying but I also don't want to not post so FCK IT WE BALL !!!
So yea today I did my triceps and did 4 sets of 10 for everything. The weights were kinda varied but 5 pounds is a great starting point for sure.
Happy Tuesday...and yea I missed Monday lmaooo
Experiencing technical difficulties like a phone update that disables your device can be frustrating, especially for fitness enthusiasts trying to document their progress. Many fitness content creators face similar challenges, often struggling with grainy or low-quality video uploads due to poor camera settings on backup phones. Despite this setback, maintaining consistency in your workout routine is key. For those focusing on triceps development, performing 4 sets of 10 reps is a well-rounded approach that helps build strength and endurance without overwhelming beginners. Using dumbbells, starting with lighter weights such as 5 pounds, allows you to perfect your form and avoid injury while gradually increasing load as you progress. Additionally, incorporating exercises aimed at reducing “bat wings” or the loose flab under your arms can make a noticeable difference. These include tricep kickbacks, overhead tricep extensions, and close-grip presses, all of which effectively target the triceps muscles. Since proper filming techniques can enhance the quality of fitness content, consider utilizing natural light, cleaning your phone camera lens, and experimenting with camera settings to reduce graininess. Using external apps that offer manual controls might help mitigate issues until you resolve your main phone update problem. Remember, despite equipment or technical setbacks, prioritizing regular workouts like triceps days and sharing your journey fosters accountability and inspires others. Stay motivated by embracing imperfections in your content, focusing on progress, and celebrating small victories on your fitness path.

That what I need to do
