Did a full upper body workout today with a side of core work....if you have bad knees...you can do this exact workout sitting or standing so don't worry! I personally prefer this way bc it helps me to engage my core more.

I am bad with engaging my core when I'm standing or sitting so I love this little hack!

Highly recommend a pillow or yoga mat though!

As far as the weights go it was mainly 5 and 10 pounds and I did 4 sets of 12-15.

The shoulder work with this workout also goes crazy...my shoulders were burning soooo bad !
