Not Quite Friday

It's *ALMOST* Friday but I have a late night tonight and definitely didn't want to leave ya'll hanging for Full Body Friday!

This workout took about 40 mins..which was very essential since the Elf did not want to cooperate this morning...I was crunched for time but this was still effective and did cover my full body!

I used 10, 15, and 25 pound dumbbells and did 3 sets of 10-15!
