BACK ROLLS???

One thing I can always count on...them upper back muscles to POP!

Now the lats need a little grace but they are getting there!

This workout was definitely more geared to working on the lats...which for must of us is where your back rolls are.

So pretty much we are working on back rolls here...I like the first move because it's like a 2 in 1 workout and really burns the back roll area with the right weight and amount of reps.

Of course my weights were all over the place but I did use 10-25 pounds for everything and did 4 sets of 8-10...some even 6 depending on if I started out with too heavy of a weight.
