high protein snack!

Edamame has had me in a chokehold for weeks now! And this asian style salad is my go to especially with the crunchy cucumber 😋

1 cup of edamame has 17g of protein & 8g of fiber! Because of that, it does help with gut health & does actually keep you full.

For the sauce, it’s just low sodium soy sauce, sesame oil, spicy chili crisp & a lil liquid aminos.

⭐️Overall rating: 10/10 definitely recommend.
