Recipes

Grilled onions and pork belly

[Materials]

・ Onion... 1 piece

・ Pork belly... 100g

・ Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

・ Salt and pepper to taste

Finish

Butter: 10 g

・ Ponzu: Appropriate amount

・ Katsuobushi: Appropriate amount

・ Green onion... appropriate amount

[How to make]

① Cut the new onion into wedges

② Arrange onions on a plate and put pork belly in the gap

③ Sprinkle with salt and pepper and olive oil

Wrap gently with aluminum foil

④ Heat in a toaster for 5 minutes

⑤ Take it out once and when it gets browned

Cover with aluminum foil again

Heat for another 10 minutes

⑥ When the fire goes through

Top with butter, bonito flakes and green onions
