Recipes
Grilled onions and pork belly
[Materials]
・ Onion... 1 piece
・ Pork belly... 100g
・ Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
・ Salt and pepper to taste
Finish
Butter: 10 g
・ Ponzu: Appropriate amount
・ Katsuobushi: Appropriate amount
・ Green onion... appropriate amount
[How to make]
① Cut the new onion into wedges
② Arrange onions on a plate and put pork belly in the gap
③ Sprinkle with salt and pepper and olive oil
Wrap gently with aluminum foil
④ Heat in a toaster for 5 minutes
⑤ Take it out once and when it gets browned
Cover with aluminum foil again
Heat for another 10 minutes
⑥ When the fire goes through
Top with butter, bonito flakes and green onions
Sprinkle with ponzu and you're done 🤍

私がダイソーのトーストプレートを気に入った一番の理由は、「トースターで調理して、そのままお皿として出せる」こと。忙しい日はコンロを占領したくないので、これがあるだけで段取りがかなりラクになりました。 ■ダイソー「トースタープレート」の基本の使い方（私のやり方） 1) 具材をプレートにのせる（チーズやしらす、玉ねぎ、豚バラなど） 2) 焦げそうなものはアルミホイルをふんわり被せる 3) まず短時間で加熱→焼き目を確認→必要なら追加加熱 4) そのまま食卓へ（熱いのでミトン必須） ■失敗しないコツ ・焼き色チェックはこまめに：トースターは機種差が大きいので、最初は3〜5分で一度様子見すると安心です。 ・油はかけすぎない：豚バラなど脂が出る食材は、オリーブオイルは少なめでも十分でした。 ・チーズは“はみ出し”注意：とろけるチーズは溶けてプレートに広がりやすいので、パンの中央に寄せてのせると後片付けがラクです。 ■「トースト皿 100均」でも満足度が高い使い道 ・朝：しらすチーズトースト（のせて焼くだけ） ・昼：冷凍パンの温め＋ウインナーを一緒にちょい焼き ・夜：玉ねぎと豚バラの“蒸し焼き”風（アルミホイルでふんわり包むとジューシー） ■洗い物を減らす小ワザ 私は、こびりつきが心配なときだけクッキングシートを小さく敷いて使うことがあります。プレートが汚れにくくなるし、後片付けがかなり時短に。逆にチーズ系は、温かいうちにサッとお湯につけておくと落ちやすかったです。 ■買うときにチェックしたいこと 色はアイボリーだけじゃなくネイビー・ブラウンもあるので、キッチンの雰囲気で選べるのが嬉しいポイント。サイズ感は「トースト1枚＋ちょいおかず」にちょうどよく、1人分を作るときに特に使いやすいです。 トースター料理って“簡単だけど単調”になりがちだったんですが、このトーストプレートを使い始めてから、焼くだけメニューのハードルが下がりました。まずはトースト＋チーズ＋しらすみたいな定番から試すと、便利さがすぐ分かると思います。
