Fear of reward dependence
I thought "reward for doing your best" was the best spell to move yourself.
I understand.
End of work, end of housework, end of putting to bed.
Every day I decide "If I overcome this, convenience store sweets" and move my body somehow.
But you know, if you keep doing this, your brain is going to be a little crazy.
Dopamine gets used to pleasure.
We are no longer satisfied with the same reward, more and more.
Before you realize it, you will become a person who lives for rewards.
Actually, in psychology, this is called the "overjustification effect."
Even if you originally liked doing it, if you keep getting rewards, it will change to "I won't do it without rewards."
So what I'm going to do is try to mess up my brain a little bit.
Just try one today without a reward.
Just one.
Then, strangely, even without a reward, the feeling of "Oh, I might have liked this" may come back slightly.
What is your "something that remains without a reward"?
