Juicy, flavorful, and swimming in a rich homemade gravy… this one is comfort food with a healthy twist.

I kept it simple but packed with flavor 👇🏽

Ground turkey + egg + breadcrumbs

Chicken bouillon, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley to bring it all together 🌿

Then I fried those meatballs up golden and used that same pan (don’t waste that flavor 👏🏽)

Added onions, butter, flour, and bone broth to build a smooth, savory gravy

Let it cook down, add the meatballs back in, and finish with parsley on top…
