I’m new to this site, but also new to discovering who I really am, as crazy as that sounds. Masking my ADHD for over fifty years wasn’t intentional. I didn’t know I had it. I was told I was too sensitive, too much, & too soft, so I became immune to being me. My mask was tightly secured, which
