本格的な「麻婆豆腐 定食」を探している人に向けて、私が隆盛園で感じた“頼み方のコツ”と“満足度が上がるポイント”をまとめます。 まず、わがまま定食は「10種類のメインから3品選べる」のが最大の魅力。メインが小皿で来るタイプを想像していたら、実際は3品とも中皿クラスで、完全に“全部主役”でした。初めてなら、味の方向性が被らない組み合わせにすると最後まで飽きません。 私のおすすめは、写真でも目立っていたネギたっぷりの麻婆豆腐＋ふんわり系のカニ玉＋甘酢あんの酢豚。麻婆豆腐はしっかり辛みとコクがあって、いわゆる「定食屋のマイルド系」より本格寄り。ご飯が進む味で、大盛り気味のご飯でも足りなくなりそうでした（おかわり1杯無料なのも助かる）。カニ玉は優しい味で箸休めになり、酢豚の甘酢あんで口の中がリセットされるので、3品でも食べ疲れしにくいです。 付属のふかひれスープも地味に嬉しくて、熱々で具材感があり、定食の満足度を底上げしてくれました。ボリュームがかなりあるので、少食の人は1人で完食を狙うより、2人でわがまま定食＋単品（もしくは980円の各種定食）をシェアするのが現実的だと思います。 あと、低予算で「本格中華をいろいろ食べたい」人ほど向いています。麻婆豆腐・カニ玉・酢豚・唐揚げのようにジャンルが違うメインを一度に試せるので、次回の“単品指名”も決めやすい。難波エリアでこの価格帯で、味も量も妥協したくない日にかなり刺さるお店でした。
