It's another soulful soul food Sunday and we live to post another day Ayee!!! Smothered turkey wings Mac and cheese dressing collard greens candied yams and cornbread! Thanksgiving all over again!

So I started my waist bead journey about 3 months ago they started at the top of my ribs and they are dropping quite nicely! I started my weightloss journey at the beginning of last year and as of today I’m 67lbs down! Stay tuned for a story time of my weightloss saga!
