what I ate today In a calorie deficit 🤍
Breakfast: 2 turkey bacon. 2 eggs 1/2 c of egg whites, sprouted bread and 1 tbs of cream cheese (I did not eat all of this, it was very filling ) Lunch: I meal prepped for 2 days. sirloin steak with red sauce. potatoes and green beans. Dinner: 3 beefy cheese tacos. snacks: protein shake
