*Stopped counting calories: I became obsessed with counting calories during every meal. However, this obsession prevented me from fully enjoying my food if I felt like I had consumed “too much.” Once I made the decision to stop counting calories, I gained greater freedom in choosing what I ate.

Easy-to-follow instructions on how to make a dirty Dr. Pepper! Overall rating: 100/10. It has become one of my favorite things! Some people also use lime juice, but I decided to just use coconut creamer. This simple addition added a little pizzaz to my favorite beverage.
