Salted caramel protein shake 😍
Believe it or not this is only 189 calories !!! So delicious and probably will have another tomorrow!! I used the Quest Salted Caramel protein shake, two spoonfuls of zero sugar cool whip, small caramel drizzle!! 😍😍 probably try it in some coffee tomorrow morning. But all in all not a bad shake
