CAH (Critical Access Hospitals) = a base staff of 2 RN’s (Registered Nurses) and maybeeee 1 CNA (Certified Nursing Assistants) 🤪 ER (Emergency Rooms) are typically ran by 1 nurse and 1 doctor… And after 7pmish that 1 doctor also takes over medsurg/icu! It’s a different world in Critical Acces
