New goal reached ✨

My first time on the stair master I only made it 5 minutes with a break in between because I felt like I could have passed away 🤣 But today I made it through 15 minutes with no break! On level one of course but hey I’m still proud of myself 😊👏🏻🥳 #stairworkout #Lemon8Diary #progressing #weightl
