5 things to focus on before school starts!!

1. Gut heath: I have been lactose intolerant since the day I entered this world but I didn’t find out until I was 7. I followed my dairy free diet forever and now I do not. I have seen the results in my body with bloating, acne bumps, and energy.

2. Movement: making sure I stay active during the school semester is so important but I always find myself making excuses to relax after school. I want to be a BAD B*TCH this year and for that I’ve got to get in that gym!!

3. Skin care: OKAY let me tell you!!!! I have found shi that works for me soooo well but, I feel like I am missing important steps to my skin care routine. I use almost all the ordinary products and just recently started using retinol. My skin has never been better but I am hoping to make it even better!

4. Early mornings: I NEEEEEEED to start waking up early not only because my classes start at Gahd damn 7:30am! But because I really want to go to the gym before school which means waking up around 5am! If y’all have tips PLEASEEE help your girl out!

5. Money: this is something EVERYONE wants/needs. I want to make sure that I can focus on mine and my husband’s budgeting before school starts so it’s harder for us to just splurge!! Again any tips PLEASEEE HELP A GIRL OUT!!

xoxo

... Read moreAs the school year approaches, prioritizing personal well-being and effective management can set the tone for success. Start by addressing gut health, which is crucial for overall wellness. Understanding food intolerances, like lactose intolerance, can dramatically improve energy levels and skin quality. Maintaining an active lifestyle is also vital. Regular exercise not only boosts physical health but also enhances mental clarity, making it a must for busy students. Incorporate workouts into your routine to fight off fatigue and keep motivation high. Furthermore, focusing on a consistent skincare regimen can boost confidence as you return to school. Products like retinol can significantly improve skin appearance and health, thus enhancing self-esteem. Don't forget the importance of morning routines; waking up early can provide extra time for exercise, mental preparation, and a calm start to your day. Lastly, managing finances is essential. Budgeting helps prevent impulsive spending, allowing students to focus on their education rather than financial stress. Consider tracking expenses and setting savings goals for a more secure financial outlook during the school year. With these strategies, you'll be well-prepared for a successful academic year ahead!
