Trying Dirty Cabbage for the First Time… and I Totally Get the Hype 🤎

I kept seeing dirty cabbage everywhere, so I finally gave it a try. It ended up being smoky, savory, cozy, and surprisingly filling. I made mine with hot Italian sausage, ground turkey, bacon, peppers, and cabbage served over rice. Safe to say this one’s getting added to our dinner rotation. ✨
