Spend Wednesday with me!
Working as a service coordinator and case manager involves balancing a variety of responsibilities that all aim to support families and children through early intervention services. My typical Wednesday starts with a much-needed coffee to kickstart the busy day ahead. I then focus on coordinating support plans, connecting with families, and liaising with health and education professionals to ensure every child’s unique needs are met. One part I especially enjoy is collaborating with fellow early intervention specialists and hearing their insights, which enriches my approach to each case. Being a mom creator adds another dimension to my day; it means I share these lived experiences and professional stories online to inspire and inform others in similar roles. There are unexpected moments too—like when I accidentally dropped my coffee, reminding me that despite the busy schedule and sometimes overwhelming tasks, it’s important to take a breath and keep going. Each day brings new challenges but also meaningful progress in the lives I help touch. Whether you’re considering a career in service coordination or are curious about what a mom balancing work and creativity experiences, I hope my story offers valuable insights and encouragement.
