The real me!
Hey Lemon8 fam! So many of you have asked for more details about my journey, especially after my initial post about finding 'the real me.' It’s been an incredible, sometimes messy, but always authentic path that I’m so excited to dive deeper into. For those of you who follow me as prettyincamo212, you know I'm all about embracing authenticity, and that extends far beyond just what you see on the surface. My 'body transformation' wasn't just about physical changes; it was a complete overhaul of my mindset. I used to feel like I had to fit into a certain mold, but through this process, I learned to celebrate every curve, every scar, and every unique aspect of myself. It's about feeling strong, healthy, and confident in your own skin, whatever that looks like for you. For me, it meant finding routines that worked, listening to my body, and letting go of comparison. There were days when it felt impossible, and I relied on music to get through, like finding solace in the raw energy of bands like 'Kill 4 U' – their lyrics sometimes just got me during those tough moments of self-doubt. This journey taught me so much about resilience and self-love, and I'm still learning every single day. This journey also spilled over into my style, totally shaking up my 'fashion finds.' I used to play it safe, but now, expressing the 'Manic Kazzy' side of my personality through what I wear feels so liberating! It's not about chasing trends; it’s about what makes me feel powerful and comfortable. Whether it's adding bold accessories or experimenting with colors I never thought I'd wear, every outfit is a statement of who I am becoming. It's a journey of self-love, and finding clothes that truly reflect my inner spirit has been a huge part of embracing my authentic self. I've found so much joy in curating a wardrobe that truly speaks to my evolving identity. Beyond the physical and the fashion, it’s truly been about crafting 'my life' into something that brings me genuine joy and peace. This means setting boundaries, pursuing passions (even if they seem niche, like my love for certain book genres or obscure music artists), and surrounding myself with people who lift me up. It’s okay to evolve, to change your mind, and to step into a version of yourself that once felt out of reach. Remember, your journey is unique, and it's perfectly okay to embrace all the different facets that make you, *you*. Keep shining, Lemon8 fam!
