remember that the magic is in you

hey, i’m kei and i’m here to remind you that the magic is still in you.

sometimes we move through seasons of depression, anxiety, or numbness, and it’s easy to start comparing. especially when social media is constantly telling us that happiness is somewhere out there ~ in someone else’s life, someone else’s body, someone else’s timeline.

but the truth is, the light you’re looking for has always been within you.

and coming back to yourself?

it’s not about becoming who the world says you should be. its about remembering who you already are.

figure out what you love.

notice what feels natural.

make art. go on walks. breathe.

and for the love of God ~ get off that damn phone!

save this for when you need to hear it again.

you’re not behind. you’re not too much. you’re not lost.

you’re still becoming ~ and that is magic too.

... Read moreIn today's fast-paced world, it's common to feel lost or overwhelmed by external pressures. Social media often highlights curated lives, leading us to believe our happiness lies elsewhere. However, real joy emerges when we turn inward and reconnect with our authentic selves. Remember, healing is often a quiet process. Simple actions like walking without distractions, dressing for yourself, or even allowing an unrushed moment of stillness can instill a sense of power and clarity. The idea of soft power resonates deeply in the realms of self-love and personal transformation. Embrace gentle practices that allow you to feel grounded in your identity. Write down what makes you, you, and reflect on the things you love. Acknowledge the journey of becoming - it's not a race; it's a process unique to you. Every moment, even the difficult ones, contributes to your growth. Celebrate those moments of rebirth and recognize that at its core, magic exists within each of us. So take a deep breath, embrace your ongoing evolution, and remember, you are magic—always becoming and always enough.
