I am addicted to this sourdough starter and what you can accomplish with it..

I'm proud of myself. she looks absolutely beautiful. it has to cool and rest for rest I'd day before slicing.. I'll put those pics up then. in about 8 hours..

I kinda suck at this. I had to go back to work today so I couldn't take care of my starters in am. have to do them when I get home from my 12hr shift so I'm going to try and correct them. going to do 1:4:4 (20g, 80g,80g) fingers crossed.

not so much from the crew,, but I fed Bubbles(76g 50/50) and Rye-knot(38g rye) TT I fed 20g of a mix of each flour cause I had no discard. she needed something.

Bubbles did nothing on just AP flour so today I did 50g whole wheat and water. I plan on going back to 50/50. Rye pooped good, deflated a little, I took more than half of her out and added it to the baby bubbles and put that in a bigger container and mixed her withe discard from Rye-knot. I added 1

soon to be Twisted Toast, hopefully. did 15g each AP flour and water. #sourdoughdiscard
