These large Italian-style meatballs are a fan favorite every time I make them 🫡🗣️🥵 so good, freezes well, and super satisfying to eat!
💡 Cooking techniques used: when fresh, this recipe uses a classic sear + oven finish. When frozen, it uses a reverse sear method, which includes a oven baking + finishing on the stovetop.
🌶️ Spice level recommendations: if spicy sausage is typically too spicy, feel free to substitute with sweet Italian sausage and adding your preferred spice with cayenne pepper powder!
