Summer 2025 VS Summer 2026!
My tirzzeppyyyy 💉 day routine that helps me stay consistent 👇
💧 Water + electrolytes
I start hydrating early on 💉 day. Staying on top of my water intake has made a huge difference in how I feel.
🍳 Protein before my 💉
I try to eat a high-protein meal or protein shake 1-2 hours before my poke. It helps keep me feeling my best.
🌡️ Take my tirzzzzepyyyyy out 30 minutes early
I let it come closer to room temperature before I do mine. For me, it’s much more comfortable.
📱 Track my progress
Sometimes the scale moves slowly, but the overall trend tells the real story. I base my progression on how I’m feeling and my clothes are fitting.
🔄 Rotate injection sites
I switch my poke areas each week so I’m not using the same spot over and over.
🍓 Take my probiotics + multivitamins
Shot day is also my reminder to stay on top of the basics. Nutrition and consistency matter just as much as the poke!
🌙 Take my shot at night when bumping up
I prefer taking my shot before bed if I am bumping up so that way If I have any icky effects, I can usually sleep through them and wake up feeling ready to tackle the day.
What’s one thing that’s part of your poke day routine every week?
Maintaining a consistent poke day routine can truly transform your wellness journey. One additional tactic I find helpful is preparing a detailed journal or app tracking not only your physical changes like weight or how clothes fit, but also noting energy levels and mood fluctuations around your shot days. This holistic tracking helps identify patterns or side effects that might otherwise go unnoticed. Along with hydration and electrolytes, I’ve noticed that incorporating a balanced pre-shot snack with complex carbohydrates, like a small banana or oatmeal, can provide sustained energy and prevent any lightheadedness that sometimes accompanies injections. Also, warming your injection solution to room temperature before use is a comfort tip that makes a big difference, reducing injection discomfort and making the process smoother. Rotating injection sites weekly is crucial to avoid soreness or tissue build-up, but I also recommend gently massaging the area post-injection to encourage absorption and minimize swelling. Consistently taking probiotics and multivitamins on your poke day supports gut health and overall immunity, which is especially important when you’re managing ongoing health routines. Taking your shot at night when increasing dosage may also help reduce discomfort during waking hours, allowing for restful sleep and recovery. I find adding a calming evening ritual, like herbal tea or meditation, complements this timing perfectly. Remember, your progress is more than numbers on a scale. Pay attention to how you feel and how your clothes fit, as these can be better indicators of wellness changes. Sharing your routine and tips with a supportive community can also motivate you and provide new insights. What one small change have you found makes your poke day easier or more effective?
