Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

Ingredients:

• 8 lasagna noodles

• 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)

• 2 cups ricotta cheese

• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

• 1 egg

• 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp Italian seasoning

• Salt & pepper to taste

• Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.

2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and lay flat on parchment paper to cool.

3. In a bowl, mix the filling:

• Ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, shredded chicken, salt, and pepper.

4. Spread 2–3 tbsp of filling on each noodle. Roll up gently and place seam side down in the baking dish.

5. Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over the rolls. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup mozzarella on top.

6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.

7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm
