A college friend of mine was coming through town today & we decided to grab lunch. We always try to stay in touch and meet every few months to catch each other up on our jobs, school, families, and life. It’s wonderful to talk with old friends and people you have a past with. Personally, I think it’s comforting.
Of course, it was my idea to go get a sweet treat. I’ve been waiting to visit The Red Umbrella Bakery in Stephenville, Tx. And yes, I did get the Red Umbrella’s signature cupcake “Red Velvet”!! I’m so glad I was able to have this first experience with a good friend!
