I used frozen Brussels, but thawed under water and sliced in half. You should be able to use fresh as well. In a pot of either bacon grease, or after you’ve made some fresh bacon, seasoning and balsamic glaze or honey. I used Knorr Rice Sides, Butter and Herb, and marinated salmon. Pan fry in o
