How do I keep my nails strong?

I’m trying to grow my nails out using gel I’ve gotten to this length. How do I keep my nails from breaking they feel brittle all the time I’ve shaped them into an almond shape to prevent breakage for now. Any help is great! #nail growth #nailhealth #bodytransformation #embracevulnerabi
