I know there is a lot of talk about the protests going on in LA. I just want to say that many of you would benefit from seeing the protesters pov. LA (and the US as a whole) is a place built by immigrants. These protests were largely peaceful until the police arrived. Watching the protestors pov you can see that. LA is also a HUGE city and the protest is only taking place in a very small part of it. If you walk about a mile away you wouldn't even know the protests were happening. It also can't be that bad given the fact that about 50 officers were marching in the pride parade.
Protect immigrants. Protect trans lives. Protect the queer community.
