1 year ago I had my weight loss surgery. When I started this journey I was I was 265 (not my heaviest but when I first went to the surgeon). Today I am 212. Thats 53lbs down!! I wanted to be more down, but have had some struggles. BUT I feel better and actually can run again!! Here’s to the next 53

Today hits 3 months post-op. I am down 35lbs (from date of surgery) and 65lbs down from my heaviest. It definitely hasn’t been easy, but this is the BEST decision I have made for myself. I feel better, my BP is down, im being active again and I have more energy. I have a personal goal for Christmas
