Home buying is an emotional experience but personal to each & different for all. Here are key things you should look for in a home & why

1. The “bones” and foundation of your home is top priority! It can be the cutest biggest home if the major foundation & systems don’t work what value is it to you!? HVAC, Roof, Electrical systems, plumbing to name a few

2. Consider whether the home meets your needs for space, storage, and lifestyle. A bad layout can be hard to fix, and small inconveniences can become major frustrations over time.

3. Visit the area at different times of the day to assess traffic, noise, safety, and amenities. Research property values and future development plans to ensure long-term investment potential.

4. Avg FTHB stays in their first home 5-7 yrs. Even if you plan to stay long-term, life circumstances change. Look for homes with features that appeal to future buyers, such as a good school district, ample parking, and a desirable floor plan.

5. Always pick a knowledgeable & passionate realtor! Anyone can sell you a home but can they educate you and help you in the long run with one of the largest investments of your life? That’s why you should hire me.
