Can I call my self an artist?

A lot of my life I’ve always been creative wanting to draw, wanting to trace, wanting to re-create things with my own twist. Recently, I went to an art show, and I saw parts of my art vision in theirs, and it inspired me to want to reignite this passion of mine that I have let dormant for so long.
