1. "10X force," the tsunami that flipped the business board.

When the same fundamentals (such as human behavior, technology, or competitors) change 10 times more severely, all the original rules are broken; businesses must hurry to find new survival before they are swallowed up.

2. Senior management often "knows the last one."

People at the top of the pyramid are often obscured by screened numerical data, blinding the storm that is brewing, while middle managers are often the first to really sense the problem.

3. Do not neglect "prophets."

The voice of an employee answering the phone or dealing directly with a customer's problem is the most accurate alarm. Opening up to bad news early will save the crisis.

4. Be careful of falling into the trap of "past success."

The more successful an organization has ever been, the more likely it is for executives to fool themselves, and try to deny new truths that contradict their original beliefs.

5.The rules change. Business must change accordingly.

As was the case when Intel once viewed a chip crash in 27,000 years as just engineering fussy, but consumers expected perfection, and the crisis forced them to abandon their ego and transition from a B2B organization to a B2C brand.

6. Small things online can become a disaster.

A seemingly trivial technical problem can flutter through the Internet and a major media like CNN and create a global ripple that causes a major customer like IBM to suspend orders.

7. Chaos is the ladder to survival.

In the early stages of the strategic turning point, leaders had to allow chaos to occur so that they could try new things in search of a way to survive.

8. True strategy. Measured at "action," not "speech."

If you want to know where the company is going, don't look at the roadmap on paper, but see what employees spend their time on and where their resources are shifted. That's the real strategy.

9. Look at the problem through an outsider's lens.

When in a dilemma, the leader asks the powerful question: "If we are fired and a new CEO replaces us, how will he solve this problem?" Answer and get up and do it.

10. Decide "pour out the lap."

Once the Valley of Death has found a clear new direction, do not choose or step on the Bicam, the leader must make a decisive decision, communicate to everyone the same picture, and throw all resources into one new target.
