จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ได้อ่านหนังสือ The LIFE LECTURE พบว่าสิ่งสำคัญที่ช่วยให้ชีวิตมีความสุขและประสบความสำเร็จไม่ใช่แค่ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้ แต่คือกระบวนการที่เราได้เรียนรู้และปรับตัว เมื่อได้ลองนำสูตรค้นหางานที่ใช่ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยจุดตัดของสิ่งที่ชอบ สิ่งที่ถนัด และค่านิยมชีวิต มาปรับใช้กับตัวเอง ทำให้สามารถโฟกัสกับสิ่งที่แท้จริงอยากทำได้ชัดเจนขึ้น สิ่งหนึ่งที่ช่วยได้มากคือการสลัดความกังวลด้วยกฎวงกลม เรียนรู้ที่จะปล่อยวางเรื่องที่ไม่สามารถควบคุมได้ เช่น อดีต หรืออนาคต โดยเฉพาะในช่วงที่ต้องเผชิญความไม่แน่นอน การเข้าใจว่ายังไงก็ต้องเลือกและกล้าตัดสินใจ แม้จะพลาด แต่ก็ยังสามารถเริ่มต้นใหม่ได้นั้น เป็นมุมมองที่ช่วยเพิ่มความมั่นใจและลดความกลัวล้มเหลว นอกจากนี้ การทดลองเล็ก ๆ ก่อนลงมือทำสิ่งที่ใหญ่ การสร้างชิ้นงานจำลอง (Prototype) ทำให้ลดความเสี่ยงและเพิ่มโอกาสประสบความสำเร็จได้จริง การจัดเวลาทำงานตามนาฬิกาชีวิตของแต่ละคนก็น่าสนใจมาก เพราะช่วยให้เราทำงานที่ต้องใช้สมาธิสูงในช่วงเวลาที่มีประสิทธิภาพที่สุด ซึ่งสำหรับหลายคนอย่างผมคือช่วงเช้า บทเรียนอีกอย่างที่ติดตัวมากคือความสำเร็จที่แลกด้วยสุขภาพและครอบครัวไม่คุ้มค่าเลย การให้ความสำคัญกับทั้งสองอย่างนี้ในชีวิตจึงเป็นเรื่องที่ขาดไม่ได้ ส่วนเรื่องเงินและการเปิดใจรับโอกาสทางการเงินก็สำคัญมาก Mindset ที่ดีจะทำให้เราไม่ปิดกั้นโอกาสใหม่ๆ ที่เข้ามาและสามารถวางแผนการลงทุนได้อย่างมั่นคง ด้วยการเตรียมความรู้และวางแผนรับมือวิกฤตสภาพการเงินพร้อมกัน สุดท้าย การตระหนักว่าไม่มีใครอยู่กับเราไปตลอด แต่ละความสัมพันธ์มีความหมายและควรดูแลให้ดีที่สุดในวันนี้ ทำให้เรามีชีวิตที่สมดุลและเต็มไปด้วยความสุขได้จริงๆ ประโยชน์จากหนังสือเล่มนี้จึงไม่ได้มีแค่คำแนะนำเชิงปริมาณเท่านั้น แต่ยังช่วยสร้างทัศนคติและวิธีคิดที่ดีต่อชีวิตอย่างแท้จริง
