My boyfriend snapped
Please help, this is absolutely insane, and I am incredibly hurt and confused. My boyfriend and I have been together for seven months (after knowing each other for over a decade!), and we’ve had a great relationship, especially lately as he’s been so supportive while I’ve been going through a rough time.
But yesterday, he just... broke.
I was spending a holiday with my sister, and I was texting him as usual, but halfway through the day, he started asking, "Who is this?" He accused me of being my sister, or worse, that my ex had taken control of my phone. I was busy with family, so I was trying to be calm and quiet in my texts, but nothing would appease him.
When he called later, I spoke quietly because I lacked privacy. He told me my voice was robotic and that I sounded like an AI voice. 🤯 He said I was creeping him out and that he wouldn't talk to me until he "figured this out."I haven't heard from him all day.
This is NOT the person I know. He has never shown this kind of paranoia, and it was so hurtful to be accused of being someone else when I was just trying to show him love while I was preoccupied.
