ถ้าเสิร์ชหา “Ease Cafe” แล้วกำลังลังเลว่าจะไปดีไหม ขอสรุปจากที่แวะไปเองว่าเหมาะมากสำหรับวันอยากพักใจแบบสบายๆ ร้านอยู่แถวซอยแม่ชี จ.อุบลราชธานี ฟีลโฮมมี่ มีมุมโต๊ะไม้กับหน้าต่างบานใหญ่ แสงสวย นั่งทำงานหรืออ่านหนังสือเพลินๆได้จริง (เห็นหลายโต๊ะกางแลปท็อปทำงานยาวๆ) เรื่องกาแฟคือจุดแข็ง เพราะเป็นแนว coffee roasters มีทั้งคั่วอ่อน/กลาง/เข้ม เลือกตามสไตล์ที่ชอบได้เลย ถ้าชอบรสชัดๆแนะนำลองคั่วกลางถึงเข้ม จะได้ความหอมและบอดี้แน่นขึ้น ส่วนคนไม่ดื่มกาแฟก็ไม่ต้องห่วง มีมัทฉะ ชาต่างๆ รวมถึงเมนูโซดาให้เลือกด้วย แก้วโลโก้ร้านก็น่ารัก ถ่ายรูปออกมาดูคลีนๆ สายกินเช้าๆ แนะนำให้มาไวหน่อย เพราะช่วงเช้าจะมีแซนวิชหลายไส้ให้เลือก แล้วก็มีอาหารจานเดียวด้วย เมนูที่อยากให้ลองคือ “ข้าวกะเพรา” เป็นอีกอย่างที่กินแล้วรู้สึกอิ่มแบบจริงจัง ไม่ใช่คาเฟ่ที่มีแค่ขนมกับกาแฟอย่างเดียว มาที่เดียวจบทั้งคาวหวาน ไฮไลต์ที่สุดของเราให้ “ชิโอปัง (Shiopan)” เลย เป็นขนมโฮมเมดที่ทำแบบพิถีพิถัน และทำต่อวันจำนวนจำกัด (ประมาณ 20 ชิ้น) กลิ่นเนยหอมมาก กรอบนอกนุ่มใน กินคู่กาแฟคือเข้ากันสุดๆ ถ้าตั้งใจไปเพื่อชิโอปัง แนะนำทักไปถาม/จองล่วงหน้า จะได้ไม่พลาด เพราะไปช้าบางวันคือหมดจริง อีกอย่างที่ทำให้ Ease Cafe น่าแวะคือบรรยากาศในร้านเหมาะกับการนัดเพื่อนมากๆ เพราะมีบอร์ดเกมหลายแบบ จะไปเป็นกลุ่มเล็กหรือกลุ่มใหญ่ก็สนุกได้ นั่งยาวไม่อึดอัด แถมมีน้องแมวสีส้มขาวประจำร้านคอยเฝ้า (แต่อาจจะมีความอินโทรเวิร์ตนิดๆ) สรุป: ถ้าอยากได้คาเฟ่ในอุบลฯที่ครบทั้งกาแฟดี มีโรงคั่ว ขนมโฮมเมด อาหารเช้า/อาหารจานเดียว และมีพื้นที่นั่งชิลหรือเล่นบอร์ดเกม Ease Cafe คือร้านที่ควรปักหมุดไว้เลย
