📍 started with the first company. I made a startup in Thailand. 🇹🇭
Overall, we can always express new opinions (I find you quite open), but the company has clear rules and regulations, quite fixed, that is, it is secretly not very free to manage work and time in life.
And use LINE to communicate mainly or update tasks. I also see that LINE does not answer the problem of working life. It may be necessary in some cases to contact outside, but for organizations, I think it is better to use other platforms.

📍 2nd company, the boss is Chinese. The organization is based on China. 🇨🇳
Having said that, working in Chinese organizations and Chinese bosses are quite different to Thai because the work will focus on the amount and results that can be seen. Easy to understand. Want to reach this goal, it will be emphasized to the point that simply, he likes us to be very diligent like him, is to be extremely dedicated.
I personally see it hard, but I have learned to adapt... to fight and be really diligent. My 😅 personally allows us to practice patience and do things that require clear results.

Because it's a big organization, and I put a lot of effort into this organization through many rounds of interviews and tests to make sure we're one of the people who's helping to push the organization for good and grow up (just getting started is enough to see how big it is)
Come to work: I must say that a large organization is full of many talented people. Everyone has a clear responsibility and we as workers need to use all the experience and ability we have to create our work to meet the goals of the organization. 🔥 During work there is a training system that helps train and improve us consistently. Work focuses on better results. Personally, it is very challenging. And it is to pry everything of us to make our work happen and see better results.
